I'm curious as to why you didn't pull over when you could feel something was off

Oh wow. I’m so sorry the insurance company wouldn’t help cover you. I honestly hate them for that, and the fact they weaseled their way out of repairing a car I had just gotten 1.5 years ago when I got into an accident. I made it easy for them obviously. Lesson learned.

As a car guy, losing a car like this is like losing a family member. This hurts to see.

Man that was close but glad you are safe and sound and that Mustang is my favourite gen looks so good and I actually had this condition when I was younger I would stand and get dizzy but now i don't get it anymore and it was due to me not being active and not eating healthy food and not having a good lifestyle

This guy has incredible luck. I thought he was going to die and take out a bunch of people. When I had my first seizure, I had just pulled over to the side of the road to answer a text. My foot was on the brake but I hadn’t had a chance to put it in park yet. Luckily, my foot jammed against the brake during the seizure or I would have driven straight down into a ravine. No one found me for a while and I came to with EMTs helping me.

Just glad you lived, and life is good. If I had a nickel for evetime I was given a second chance, I would not be able to move for the weight of all those nickels... I like nickels.

I actually have this issue aswell, undiagnosed. Sometimes when I exercise too hard, and stop (I once sprinted the entire Silverstone pitlane to see Fernando Alonso at WEC), I’d start to go cold, nausea, sweating, and my vision eventually starts to go. Only way to prevent me passing out is by laying on the floor. I believe it’s called shock.

Probably shouldn’t drive again until you figure out your medical condition. Very lucky you didn’t kill yourself or anyone else.

I totalled my first car back in 2001, hit my head, was unconscious, doctor put 11 staples on my head to stop the bleeding, and don't remember anything. 14 years started seizures, doctors did CT scans and brain wave tests and can't find anything wrong. I believe is because I don't get enough sleep and play too much video games and life stress. Last seizure I had the same exact symptoms, tunnel vision, nausea and a weird feeling of lost of reality, can't tell if I'm dreaming or is real, extreme dizziness, my brains keeps repeating the same thing over and over, then I panic like..WTF!!! And can't snap out of it. Good thing that guy helped you because most people don't care, unless we are a really attractive woman and traffic would get backed up from people trying to help us😅 Are you under any medication, did it happen again or anything

3:00 reminds me of something. I wish I had recorded this. I had someone blow past me in a 40 zone on a two lane road while I was doing the speed limit, going into the oncoming lane to pass me at around 60 mph. Then, literally two seconds later, I see another car do the same thing, but right when it pulled into the oncoming lane I saw it was a cop who just lit up his blue lights to pull him over. I saw the guy pull over into a neighborhood after. The police station to the township is on that road less than a mile away. That was some of the best instant karma I ever saw.

14 years ago I had my daughter in the car. I got really dizzy on a city street and pulled over. Almost passed out. I never found out what caused it, and it hasn’t happened since. Can happen to anyone!

I've passed out twice before, always with dizziness and nausea about 10 seconds before losing control and waking up after about a min. First time I was giving blood and already lying down. The second time I was dehydrated. Thankfully just hit my head on a shower floor that had some give to it. Praise God you're alive my friend. I had a Mustang too, so I get it, but you were the most valuable thing saved that day. Take care Man.

I got one behind my shoulder watching me drive as well. And a new dual dash cam in the windshield and rear of my truck. I have issues where I suddenly get sleepy tired. I am taking meds for atrial fibrillation.

I dont want to use a dash cam. Its like something will happen then. 😂

Great review ! These Volares and Aspen were pretty reliable they did have some teething problems when they first came out in 76 but got more reliable mid 77 to 80 . My parents owned a 76 Dodge Aspen sedan and I have great memories with that car . 😊

Seems like a spiritual war was going on for you. There were so many “this happened, but…” and “I still don’t know what happened here..” I personally believe your car hitting those wooden fence post combined with the wacky steering and alignment, was enough to slow your car’s forward momentum to put you into a “drift”. This turned your direction away from the highway where AN 18-WHEELER can be seen which would have smashed you like a windshield bug! SO HAPPY FOR YOU!! Blessings!

I don't understand why he didn't stop if he was feeling weird... I suppose a lot of man are reckless. I don't even drive when I feeling tired if it's not an absolute necessity cause I don't want to react too slowly and be sloppy if anything happens then regret and thing that it was avoidable.
